Dealt with multiple inconveniences.
I was not given the room I booked. Instead they said my room was under maintenance(not communicated at all to me even with a very early booking date) and provided a room of less and not refund or prorated amount I paid.
Multiple instances of my room door malfunctioning. Door will either not lock or would not unlock. Had to waste of a lot of time while in vacation waiting for someone to address the lock because I refuse to leave my room unlocked with personal belongings. There was an instance my family returned from a late dinner and only to return to the our door unable to be unlocked. We were stuck outside until staff came. This instance has happened multiple times during my stay. I implied to the staff that maybe the battery to the lock was low but they did not want to replace the battery.
Huge liability for travel.
This losing IS NOT A HOTEL. It was a residential apartment and they jump thru loop holes to be able to rent out their units for vacation stays. There are signs on the front that stays this hotel is not available for short term stays.
Communication was very poor. Spoke very little English or at least acted so. No rooftop pool or gym access UNLESS you have the landlord of your unit present with you. Huge inconvenience as I’d have to contact the landlord to be with me if I wanted to workout or swim. Huge scam. Trust me and stay away from this hotel. They may use multiple platforms to present lodging at this location.
