My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The place -which looks like the photos- is clean and walkable from some tourists and culinary top spots. The hosts are responsive with all instructions and recommendations they gave us. Once we come to Saigon again, this place is our top of mind. Cám Ơn.

toller Aufenthalt, flexibler früherer Checkin, was richtig gut war für uns und wir durften auch viel später auschecken, weil keine neuen Gäste kamen...immer superschnell geantwortet, viele hilfreiche Tips, es gab mehrere vegetarische Restaurants in der Nähe...wir fanden es eine erholsame Oase obwohl die gr. Straße nicht weit ist. Uns hat das laute und heiße Saigon etwas erschlagen...

The first apartment was infested with roaches and they swapped me to another one, which also has roaches. I think it is the whole building problem. The customer service was good and responsive at first, but then it got worse closer to the end of the stay. They didn’t send housekeepers every day. It was about 3 days before the end of my stay, and I asked for housekeeping service. They said they would have sent one the next day. They didn’t. I reminded them and they said they would have come the day after. The housekeeper never came, and the same response until check out. I had to use the same towel, which they only provide 2 per room, for almost a week. For the price and the service provided, I would rather stay at a hotel.

Amazing and lovely place, we had a lot of family and relatives come over for a bit here and there and wouldn’t have been able to do that with a hotel. Everyone thought it was beautiful. Host was very helpful and the housekeeper was so nice.

Booked and prepaid for a Premier 2-bedroom apartment (an upgrade from standard). Upon arrival, the Premier apartment was not available. I was instead shown a substandard substitute that did not match the listing or what I paid for. The on-site property agent confirmed that no Premier apartments were available and explicitly instructed me to request a full refund and cancellation through Expedia. I contacted Expedia immediately. Expedia attempted to reach the property repeatedly over several days but received no response. As a result, the accommodation I booked was never provided, and I did not receive the services I paid for. I was forced to secure alternative accommodations in another district, which wasted my first day of travel and significantly disrupted the start of my trip. This experience involved misrepresentation and complete non-responsiveness from the property. Extremely disappointing and not what was advertised.

Phuong is an amazing host and he went above and beyond accommodating me at here place! he was nice enough to give me recommendations of things to do and helped me find a store to get fitted for an Ao Dai. The area can be busy, but there are plenty of places within walking distance to eat and grab coffee. I will definitely try staying here again.

Loved the place and neighborhood! The place was clean, had everything we needed plus a comfy sofa area with projector. The neighborhood is also beautiful and has lots of cafes and places to eat.
