Extremely convenient location, easy to get to the city center, and there are also many cafes and good restaurants nearby. The host is very friendly, responsive, and attentive, making the stay feel extremely comfortable, like being welcomed in your own home.

This is an excellent place to stay in Saigon. A comfy room with all the facilities we could needs. A bonus that it is tucked away from the busy streets & very peaceful! Phuong was a fantastic host and had incredibly fast responses to our queries.

Phuong is an amazing host and he went above and beyond accommodating me at here place! he was nice enough to give me recommendations of things to do and helped me find a store to get fitted for an Ao Dai. The area can be busy, but there are plenty of places within walking distance to eat and grab coffee. I will definitely try staying here again.

Loved the place and neighborhood! The place was clean, had everything we needed plus a comfy sofa area with projector. The neighborhood is also beautiful and has lots of cafes and places to eat. The hosts are very helpful and responsive too. If you are looking for a place to stay a bit far from the touristy area, this is the place. We will definitely come back
