리모델링을 했어도 건물 자체의 연식 때문에 시설이 낡은것은 어쩔수 없다고 생각. 하지만 수압, 에어컨 등의 시설엔 사용에 문제 없었음. 직원들은 매우 친절하며 근처에 드럭스토어, 한인식당, 크고작은 슈퍼, 마켓등이 도보로 접근하기 쉬움. 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔.
