The apartment has an amazing location with lots in the immediate area (walking distance) and right across the street from District 1. The groundfloor amenities are pretty good and the grocery store is fairly priced. High floor with cool view, very clean and super comfortable. Feels like a home. Amenities in the building are nice (gym, pool, and motorbike parking). Would definitely stay here again

This was a great option for the city. Service was great and made very welcome. Very safe and secure setup, which i liked. One small negative - I would say you need to take taxis more from here than perhaps I had expected. It would be good to download GRAB or similar app to phone... Otherwise a good stay.

The property is very spacious. It is a corner unit on the 26th floor so has a great views. Lots of windows and light. Outdoor space available. Hot water and air conditioning are both excellent. Also, this owner provided 2 security keys so we had the option of going places separately and not worrying about getting back in. Weโ€™ve stayed in this building 4 other times and no one else provided two keys. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable. Pretty much like sleeping directly on a box spring without a mattress. Also, as in the other properties in this building, each person gets one scratchy thin bath towel. No hand towels or face cloths. This would be an easy fix to upgrade. The pool at this property is huge and beautiful but using it is not easy. You canโ€™t just walk down and use it. You have to be signed in each day of use by the property owner. Also, the pool is closed on Mondays. This unit was by far the nicest weโ€™ve had in this building. This building is in a good location. Easy walk to district 1 or cheap GRAB ride if you donโ€™t like walking. Good convenience store options on the street level of the building. Overall, a good place to stay.

Visst har jag varit med om att hotell har lite finare bilder รคn hur det ser ut i verkligheten, men detta var en ENORM skillnad. Bilderna har tjusiga rum med designmรถbler. Det rum jag och min kompis hyrde (vi hade varsitt) hade halvslitna mรถbler frรฅn motsvarande hur ikeas mรถbler sรฅg ut fรถrr. Det fanns en kokplatta och det var rent. Man kunde be om stรคdning varje dag om man sรฅ รถnskade. Det รคr som ett lรคgenhetshotell, inte ett hotell. Sรฅ det finns ingen mat att kรถpa pรฅ plats. Jag tycker det var ganska dyrt med tanke pรฅ vad jag fick fรถr pengarna, men det var tillrรคckligt bra fรถr att jag skulle stanna en natt till sรฅ vi hann med en tur av staden innan vi รฅkte vidare. Bostaden ligger i District 4, och de flesta restauranger ligger i District 1, dvs รถver bron. Ta med รถronproppar dรฅ ljudet frรฅn trafiken รคr รถronbedรถvande och konstant. Det รคr dock tyst inne i lรคgenheten. Skulle jag bo i Saigon igen sรฅ skulle jag boka i District 1, dรฅ det รคr enklare med allt, sรคrskilt att รคta frukost. Das App. liegt in einem Doppel-Hochhaus mit merh als 25 Etagen. Pool (unbeheizt) ist in der 7. / bis 21.00 nutzbar, es gibt nur 4 Liegen + ca 6 Stรผhle. Rezeption ist nachts nicht besetzt. Wohnung wird von einer Mrs. Yang von einer Vermieteragentur verwaltet. Sehr nett, professionell, zuverlรคssig, pรผnktlich. Wohnung ist topp eingerichtet, sehr gute AC, gutes WLAN. Balkon ist klein und nicht mรถbliert. Unten ist ein 7/11-Laden und ein VietMart sowie ein Taxistand. Mrs. Yang hilft bei GRAB-Taxi (Preis wird per Handy vorher festgelegt, dadurch keine Fantasie-Rundfahretn durch die Stadt, die es sonst oft gibt!!). TIPP: Taxi in die Stadt, dort mit dem River-Bus (stรคdtisch, immer 15.000 Dong = 70 Cents) die Stadt abgrasen. Zum airport ca 30 Min. / 120.000 VND / unter 5 Euro. Vieles kann per Kreditkarte bezahlt werden!
