Just over the river, a 20 minute walk from district 1. Having an apartment is definitely an advantage if your a couple or more. Great price. The washing machine, Netflix for down time and cooking facilities were all great. Did have one smelly drain in bathroom and I had to fix the legs of the bed Every time it was used for more than sleeping in. Haha. 8/10.

Stayed in a 3 bed apartment with 2 baths at floor 21. The apartment was great but keep in mind that this is not a regular hotel. It's more of a luxury apartment building. I advise you to contact the phone number mentioned in the booking beforehand, for example with WhatsApp, and arrange a time for check-in.

Good experience

The room was clean and tidy. Location is good. Convenience store Just downstairs. We landed at mid night so there were no front desk for check in. You have to contact them in advance so than they could get you details for self check in. They provided limited toiletries, only towels, shampoo, shower gel and tissue paper only. The rest you have to prepare for your own. Mr. Drake provided very good service. Overall this is a very good experience.

Horrible

We stayed at the apartment B.522, which was a basic equipped studio apartment in a condominium. Unfortunately its was not very clean, smelly and in a loud neighbourhood. Downstairs you find two convenient stores and some local restaurants (even a vegetarian one) within a 5 minutes walk. A local market is around the corner, where you can buy fresh fruits.

Not at all as described. It is a random apartment, not a hotel. The “24 hour front desk” is actually a whatsapp number you can text with questions, which wasn’t even provided to us until 4 am our first night. The actual front desk of the apartment building had no idea what we were talking about when we said we had booked a hotel room. The free breakfast was take-out pho. To top it off, hot water didn’t work.

地點方便，裝修漂亮，房東親自幫手check in，有問題大小盡力幫忙，泳池健身室很好，一切都很好，再去胡志明市會再租用
