Room was clean and spacious and well appointed. Location central. Had to find street parking before check in and access to car park which was a bit challenging. Parking was also extra $$ and not included in room price. Staff friendly

Everything was good except Foxtel Sky News Channel was not available. If it was a fault it should have been fixed after day 1 of our stay. If the Hotel has deleted this channel, I m unlikely to book this hotel gain.

A terrible experience with RACV Hobart
I booked this Hotel in December for February as a birthday present. I received a confirmation from them from the RACV. They took my deposit and all seemed OK, then 24 hours before checking in I got an email that they had canceled my booking and would refund the deposit, no reason. I could not get another Hotel in Hobart as it was sold out and very short notice. So had to hire a car as we were 40knm out of town. No reason so I assume they got a group booking. Thanks RACV, great birthday you have spoiled!! I will NEVER use you again and tell as many people as I can of your business practices.
