Room was small. Checking booking from a week apart the cost went from $79 to $200+ with Expedia member discounts. Inflated prices to gouge customers on the long weekend. Unfortunately is the industry standard and not what the room should be actually worthy charge. Pool and Hot tub area was nice, clean but very noisy from fans

The hotel is located in a good location. But there was people hanging out around the doorways smoking. The carpet in the hallways are worn out. The room was clean and pool looked good.

Sandman Penticton has the great service expected for a Sandman hotel but the building and rooms are a bit outdated. The lobby is modernized with nice decor but patrons will notice the dated carpet and room doors from the 90's right away. The rooms are somewhat updated but are a bit small for families. We stayed as a couple so it was manageable. The bathroom was very cramped for one person and impossible for two to occupy. The shower pressure was quite low for our room. This location is conveniently located for Penticton visitors being just off the main highway connecting Kelowna and Osoyoos. There are plenty of parking spaces (free for registered patrons) and a Denny's restaurant attached.

Property is well located but is dated and needs an update. Property is pet friendly, but did not appreciate the cabal of pet owners, with their constantly barking dogs, having a smoke outside our ground floor window. If we come back, will specify a room away from entry/exit doors and NOT on the ground floor.

We asked to see the room prior to booking and was denied by the manager on duty. She was not very helpful nor friendly. Gave us a quote on a queen bed room at $139 plus taxes. Booked it online for $83. Room was okay but the air conditioning was so loud that we couldn’t sleep.

Great location, comfy beds, great pool area

The hotel is dated and it looked like the maintenance crew had their hands full, but overall was comfortable. The pool area is really nice and it's a great location.
