Pretty clean only thing I had an issue with was they were pressure washing in front of lobby door so it was slippery we didn't fall bit we saw a lady fall. Very little urgency from staff to help

I understand it is under some renovation as it is looking dated but the comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff made it a pleasure to stay!

70s 80s building without much improvement. Because of local event, we paid more than we paid at a high end hotel in Vancouver. We saved all we could to see Penticton and visit BC, that was the end of our vacationing for the season. 😞
