Inside the cabin, a thoughtful 2022 refresh blends warmth with modern comfort: hickory cabinets, rustic plank flooring, an open living area, and a bright, updated bath. Bring your boat or pontoon, step outside to direct lake access and spend your day chasing walleye and panfish, cruising the shoreline, or dropping anchor to swim. Back on land, grill, gather, and slow down. This is cabin-life, the Wisconsin way. Why you’ll love it: True waterfront living: Private, direct access to famed Lake Holcombe. Bring your boat or pontoon and launch into one of Northern Wisconsin’s best lakes for boating, fishing, and watersports. Cozy, modern cabin: 2 bedrooms (3 beds) for up to 6, with an open-plan living space and a freshly renovated bathroom; all easy, comfortable, and clean. Hot tub + starry nights: Relax in the hot tub (hot tub is open year-round) after a day on the water, then settle in for a classic Northwoods evening. Easy arrival: Self check-in via smart lock; park on site, get settled and head straight to the lake. Essentials covered: Including kitchen and wi-fi. Guests will have access to the entire property.

It was as expected, parking is very tight with a trailer, but the atmosphere was great, it was clean and had great decor. Being able to sit on the dock and in the shade was a bonus.

Welcome to Holcombe area

This cabin was a great size for my family - wife and 2 teenage daughters. It is smaller, but again sized right for a family of 4 or 5 and our dog as well! Very clean and updated, nice fire pit, personal dock space and a hot tub for 4! Enjoyed our stay for sure.

Everything was fine in terms of the rental but I received constant messages about staying extra nights, early check in, late check out, etc all for extra money and it just felt like a cash grab. I never inquired about any of that so to have multiple messages come from the host about it prior to the stay was a bit off putting. We were offered a one hour early check in for 35 or a 10am check in for like 145 and the same with check out. It just seemed like too much.

Perfect for us!

Although it was rained 2 of the 3 days we were there, this was still a great stay for my son and I ! We also brought our dogs and we had plenty of space for them as well. The owner stopped by to put a hot tub in, so that's an added bonus for anyone staying after us. The owner was great to visit with, and the property manager was quick to reply when we messaged him. It's nice to be in this spot as wind is never a factor. It's quiet and exactly what we were looking for (minus the rain). Another added bonus, is we heard it's the only cabin in walking/sprinting distance with a storm shelter!!!! The storm shelter is a nice clean space too - that's a big plus in my book with how the weather's been. If you like what you see in the pictures, you will love your stay! We'll be back! (A/C works great too!)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful cabin by the lake, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Nestled in a serene location, this cabin offered the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub, which provided a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. Soaking under the stars while listening to the gentle sounds of the lake was truly magical. The cabin itself was beautifully appointed, with cozy furnishings and all the amenities you could need. It was clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I also appreciated that this cabin was dog-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry companion along for the adventure. The spacious yard was perfect for our dog to roam and play, and we loved taking walks by the lake together.Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with the added luxury of a hot tub and the option to bring your dog, this cabin is the perfect choice! We can't wait to return!
