Waterfront Family Retreat with Hot Tub Near Beaches and Parks!

Hollywood of the East. Whether you are coming for work, family, theme parks, Yankees games, or any of the other amazing reasons to come to Florida, we want to say to you, Welcome Home!
This peaceful, ocean blue two story smart home Located right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, situated on a Lake, is our warm, farm style beach house in a safe, family friendly neighborhood. Our lodging is very comfortable and gives you all of the amenities of a big, warm home while being just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Tampa Bay, Clearwater Beach and St Pete!
Off street parking for two cars (and vehicles also available for rent direct or with Turo), white picket fence to keep kids and pups safe (please clean up after both!), and plenty of seating all around outside for great times!
Come into the entryway and find a welcoming space to take off your shoes (please) and enjoy brand new floors throughout the home, an open living room that shows off the beautiful view and wraps around to the waterfront kitchen and dining room.
There are multiple big, comfy, leather chairs in the living room with a big screen TV, microfiber sectional and couch.
To the left downstairs is a waterfront master downstairs with king and en-suite, private bathroom and tv and dresser connects to the freshly painted lanai where the hot tub overlooks the water. This extra large room is more like an efficiency. The closet is off limits but there are plenty of dressers and drawers to make yourself at home.
Directly in front of the lanai is a little meditation area directly overlooking the water with a bowl of stones, and two reclining leather chairs to rest and find soundness of mind while on vacation.
With an outdoor bar connecting to the kitchen you can enjoy pristine butcher block countertops, a not empty fridge and dining room are filled with cookware, drinkware, silverware, cups, keurig or coffee maker, seasonings as well as basic cleaning supplies to get you started on your home away from home vacation. (We all need Ketchup at some point)
There is a washer and dryer room for your convenience outside of the remote dual office room near the main bathroom to handle all your muggles troubles from beach days or theme park trips.
The lanai is furnished with plenty of seating and our beautiful hot tub with two speed jets, heat control, waterfalls and lights, and has plenty of seating to look at the water or enjoy the yard and playground. The large dining room and kitchen open up to the outside so you can easily serve to the lanai or just overlook the water from any room downstairs. The kitchen and pantry is always open.
Next to the office room is the guest bathroom. Enjoy agreeable gray renovated shower and toiletries.
Upstairs is the kids space. There is one room with toys, a full size bed, bathroom and tv. The other room is suited for older kids and has a plush queen bed, computerm gaming system and desk space perfect for a gamer, adult or child to enjoy. Room had a dresser and end tables.
All occupants are responsible for themselves, the unit, surroundings and their guests while on property. If you clean up after yourself, you will get your cleaning fee back. If you have a problem, you will be expected to seek a solution before a refund. We offer our home to give others an affordable, clean, modern, safe, alternative to traveling comfortably with kids to Florida. In order to continue to do that we need to leave the air off or reasonable (68-72 winter and 72-77 in summer), be mindful of water use, do not take any of our belongings, clean up after yourself, and make beautiful memories.
