"The unit was clean but it needs some serious updating - not only in the sense that it was very outdated, but much of the furniture was in disrepair. The photos included with the listing do not accurately depict the unit. The location was great and convenient to the beach and our party felt safe, but the unit needs a lot of attention. The unit is being cooled by a portable unit vented through the sliding glass doors (which makes them unusable) that worked ok in October but not sure how cool it could get the unit in hotter months. "
