"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location! Beautiful residence! Elegant and cozy at the same time. The house has anything a guest could need (with the exception of flashlights). The neighborhood did lose power for about five hours on our last evening. It would have been nice to have gotten a message about the situation from the rental agency. Instead, we had to reach out to the company and inquire about the loss of power. The response seemed like it came from a messaging bot. “We’re all in this together.” Our request for a 10am checkout (as opposed to 9am) was ignored. Our last evening and “check out” morning did not go as planned, but the home itself and time with family was amazing! We would definitely rent this home again! If you have littles, it is the perfect location! Camp Watercolor (all things for kids) is directly across the street. Thank you to the “K” family for sharing their amazing home!"

"This was the PERFECT cozy carriage house to celebrate our engagement, and my fiancé’s 30th birthday. We had an amazing time, the rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and host was so nice and accommodating. There truly is no better place to spend time than Watercolor, and this is a PERFECT getaway spot!! We will most definitely be back :)"
