We had a wonderful stay thanks to Kane Ng and his staff. We have stayed several times over the last 15 years and they never disappoint with their hospitality and friendly service. The only thing I would say is about the breakfast which could have more western food options, other than that the hotel was excellent

Staffs are nice, room is clean. Nice showers, good bed and quiet (even next to a highway). It is a bit tucked away from the restaurants area, subway and the tram only goes one direction. If the shuttle bus runs longer hours and more frequent (central line) that would be more convenient. I will stay again if the rates maintain compatible, and improve the shuttle bus schedule.
