Staff was friendly and professional. They were helpful in directions, getting around and finding and retrieving my lost luggage. Room was lovely! Beds comfy. All in all a steal of a deal. So centrally located it was perfect!

I booked this hotel through a Trvaelocity package that included airfare. So happy that I did! I cannot begin to explain the incredible time we had while staying at the Langham Hotel. Number one is the customer service, EVERYONE went over and above our expectation to anticipate our every need. The first thing upon entering, I noticed, was the smiles and greetings from every staff member we encountered, it continued until our vacation (sadly) was over. The attention to detail is (subtly) noticeable throughout the hotel, from the interesting and unique art work, to the cold face towels offered while sitting pool side, to the nightly turn-down service that includes a bucket of ice for your in-room after dinner cocktail. The room service was perfect, delivered when requested and yummy. We also tried three of the spa treatments. I have to say, the “Bee sting” facial (no bees are involved, just the products name), was one of the best facials I have ever had, and noticed a difference in my skin. Highly recommend

My room is old and dated. The policy for points and rewards does not allow for me to accumulate points as their policy has too many restrictions, they promote lower rates but will not give any type of points in their loyalty programe. I come at least 2 times a year and always get dated rooms in spite I am a repeat customer. No incentive to book at their website. The Hong Kong property lobby could use a renovation. Breakfast buffet was ordinary and too expensive for the content of food. Staff is extraordinary and helpful, but the great location is lost in details
