Our preferred HK hotel

Location: excellent; convenient for shopping, transportation, eateries Comfort: pillows not comfortable. Too flat. Air-con is good Bathroom: good hot water pressure. Sufficient toiletries TV and Wifi is good. Strong signals and plenty of channels

Very good hotel. Nice rooms in a good location with nice bay and park views. They have a very nice rooftop bar and restaurants but it is practically not available to hotel guests. Hotel guests do not have any priority to get it and it is mostly used by locals who are not hotel guest. Very disappointing because we booked this hotel hoping to enjoy the rooftop. We complained to management and eventually they gave us access to the rooftop only one night. They need to find a way to give priority to hotel guests to use the rooftop facilities.

The location of this property is very convenience. There is a Victoria Park across the street, and a shopping mall with various restaurants across the street as well. A MRT subway station a block away, and a supermarket is within the block. In addition, it is very close to the tram, buses, and minibus. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, and their buffet restaurant offers a wide varieties of intentional dishes during breakfast hours (we only tried their breakfast buffet). Room are spacious and clean as well. House keeping services are offered daily.
