Located in the newly revitalized Waikiki Beach Walk area, you're just steps to great dining, shopping and entertainment, and just 1 block to beautiful Waikiki Beach. This is a COMPACT condo (572-sqft interior), best suited for 2 adults + 2 children, or 3 adults max.

Coin-operated laundry facilities on 2nd floor. Although there is no pool at this location, you are just a block from beautiful Waikiki Beach!

Nice apartment, very close to the ocean. It is centrally located, everything is easy to reach from here. The property manager is cooperative and flexible. The area is quite noisy, as the Beach Walk is on the logistics route of the nearby hotels. I would like the carpet in the living room to be replaced next year. That's how we got the property with stained carpet. I recommend it to everyone.

Unit is just as advertised. Small apt. but layout is good. Bedroom was good size, bed very comfortable. Bathroom is small, very small. Only downside (other than bathroom size) was the couch which was very uncomfortable (didn’t check out the pull out trundle bed since it was just the 2 of us). Kitchen was well appointed. Laundry room just down the hall was very convenient. Parking was close by. Not really a view from the unit but not an issue for us.The location would be the major selling point. Very convenient to restaurants, shops and the beach. Good budget friendly option in Waikiki.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is absolutely perfect. Great beach access, parking, great amenities, the works. 10/10 will stay here again
