The beds we comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the bathroom had barely any counter space for my stuff and the only plug was on the far side of the toilet. Had to place my toothbrush on the toilet tank and hair dryer cord barely reached the mirror to see what your doing.

The staff was great! Property overall was nice. The air conditioner in the room we were given didn't work properly. We were transferred to another room and the bathroom sink did not drain properly, and the seal around the door had gaps that allowed a lot of the hallway light to enter the room.

The location was excellent for us to enjoy the beach/city. The condition of the hotel was great and it's just simply a beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the spacious suites.

There was no chair inside the room to sit down. Only one chair on the balcony. Two people could not sit down in the room. The bed was too soft. They did not provide us late check out.

Pleasant Surprise!

First time staying here and the remodel from the previous resort was fantastic. A great pool area in the middle and the fitness center is probably one of the best in the area. The rooms were great and spacious even for a standard room I had. I had the double bed room, it had a sitting area, a separate vanity area and the amenities were great. I even had a balcony looking over the city. The location is in the heart of a lot of restaurants and shopping with a short walk to the beach. The two restaurants attached are fantastic. The Italian place has one of the best Rib eye steaks and the pizza is hand-made.
