Hotel has recently been renovated, great location convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Our room was a little noisy from road traffic we were on Level 2. Great value for money, will definitely return

Tracy at front desk was amazing! After checkout, when our flight was delayed by a day, she immediately helped us rebook into the same room. When we needed late checkout, Tracy was there to help. When our parking access card stopped working, Tracy was quick with the fix.

We have been a long time guests of Paradise Hotel formerly known as Ohana East since 2009. We return every year bc the location. It is right at the heart of Waikiki. The atmosphere is very homey, our room in the 16th floor, which we normally get almost every stay is simply amazing(city view), and lots of restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. The rate has def gone up after covid|remodel, but you get what you pay for with the hospitality and amenities the hotel provides. The open air lobby, rest rooms, elevators, pool area, and the room is super clean. The bed is comfortable, and every floor is assigned to a specific housekeeper. Lai never fails to keep us stocked up with all necessities. Some of the hotel staff who are long time fixture of the hotel that became like ohana to us were still around to welcome us with their Aloha spirit during this trip-Tracy, Angie, Jacob, Lai Hung, and more. Seeing them made us feel home. Parking is $50per day+tax and the rental car is just inside the International Market Place so to save parking money, just rent only as needed. Trolley buses are nearly a block or two away which will take you to Ala Moana|Ward side. I would highly recommend to try this hotel. We have never had a negative experience even after Covid. This hotel is just our home away from home. Mahalo for always delivering such memorable experience to me and my family.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. Only complaint was there was no place to get breakfast as advertised nor was their laundry facilities. It is a convenient walk to the beach and restraunts which was nice.

The hotel has been completely refurbished and is absolutely gorgeous! We were able to walk to so much in Waikiki. Loved the shopping, restaurants, beach, and bus routes so close to all the tourists attractions. The Staff were amazing and so helpful.

The trip itself was amazing Hawaii was beautiful my room was good not the room I originally books however I was able to upgrade easily my room was ready so I was able to check in early which was phenomenal, service was good and the bed was very comfortable, the view I had was good! overall 9 out of 10 I would stay again and would recommend plus the concierge service made it very easy to book activities during my stay!

We stayed here for a week. The hotel was nice, clean and had an updated decor. Food options were very limited with no hotel restaurant. There were 2 restaurants adjacent. The one we ate at had a very limited menu and the food wasn’t very great. You have to walk a block to find a Starbucks. The beach was a short walk with lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was super nice and the rooms were very clean. The gym is very large with a nice pool adamant to it. We had a city view room and there was lots of construction across the street which started early morning. Overall nice hotel for the price.
