Hotel was lovely. Room was large and comfortable but we were behind the lifts so a bit noisy (lucky I sleep with ear plugs!). Bathroom is tiny. Pool was great. Overall, good hotel and great location

The staff at the hotel was amazing! And the hotel is definitely in a good location. What really impressed me was the "Hospitality Room," where after I checked out at 11am and roamed the city until 5pm, the hotel gave me the opportunity to use a room to take a shower before the airport shuttle picked me up at 6:30pm. It was greatly appreciated!

Originally booked with Royal Grove. Pictures on Expedia made it look like a cute, boutique hotel. It absolutely was NOT. Booked with Outrigger instead and it saved our vacation! Beautiful, newly renovated hotel that was near everything and the beach. The staff was a gem to work with! Cannot recommend this place enough!
