This home provides a rare opportunity to stay on a private pond, amidst 430 acres of conservation land protected by The Nature Conservancy and The Audubon Society. The Long Pond-Ell Pond preserve is a Rhode Island treasure and the state’s only National Natural Landmark and provides extraordinary privacy. For security and insurance, there are outdoor security cameras pointed at the entrance, waterfront and fire pit. This exceptional home boasts over 450' of direct waterfront and 7.5+ acres of land surrounding. You will find easy access to miles of hiking trails that stretch from Route 3 into Connecticut. Perfect location!

Located lakeside at the end of a long dead end road, this property could not have been more perfect. The owners have made full use of the view with open indoor spaces, large windows and multiple outdoor spaces. This includes a great dock, paddle boards and a slide. Everyone was delighted, and we ranged in age from 6 to 86. A fabulous vacation.

Our group spent a fantastic 4 nights here. Beautiful deck with a world-class view. Extensive amenities in the kitchen. The kayaks and fishing poles were appreciated. Very private - feels like the lake is there just for you. The deck can get a lot of sun but the overhang next to the guest house is convenient for anyone who gets overheated. Having an ice maker available with a large group was definitely appreciated. This place is fantastic and we're already planning our next trip down!
