Great view. Lovely little hotel.

Lovely room on 5th floor with sea view and balcony. My room was very hot and there was no a/c that I could see. There is only one lift however and it is very slow....when I stay again ( and I will ) I would forego the view and the balcony to be on the ground or first floor which was cooler.

Great location

Lovely comfortable hotel on the seafront in Hove. Great location, bus ro Brighton centre stops right outside hotel. Breakfast was really good.

Bank Holiday weekend away

Location and staff perfect, unfortunately felt it wasn't worth the price , it was a warm weekend in May and the room was unbearable at times even with a balcony door open, we did have a fan in the room but didn't really make any difference, not somewhere I would want to stay in the heat of summer!. No fridge in the room was a bit disappointing and only mugs to drink out of. Some bottled water would of been a welcome touch as warm bathroom water was not the one. Can't fault the helpful and welcoming staff and the view from our balcony was beautiful.

Hotel situated in a quiet area (beginning May) compared to Brighton Room clean with a lovely sea view. We enjoyed the breakfast very much The staff was friendly. A small fridge to keep water cool would’ve been a bonus as it was warm

The only fault was the show over the bath which was not adjustable it is fixed high above the bath and is no moveable thus unable to adjust to ones requirements .

Reception and restaurant staff were professional and efficient. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. It was a treat to have hot (not tepid) water for the shower and bath. Unfortunately, some staff took their smoking breaks under the bedroom window, chatting loudly, which was disappointing and spoiled the quiet location.

Hidden gem 💎

6th time staying at princess marina and as usual had a fantastic short break ,love hove just a bus ride away from Brighton and the hustle and bustle then back to the lovely quietness of hove , The staff at princess marina were once again 1st class in every aspect , We can't wait to return in December
