Interior Features:

The open-concept living area is ideal for gathering with friends and family. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea and other cooking essentials finished with sleek countertops and modern appliances. A cozy dining nook offers stunning views of the property through large bay windows.

The living room provides comfortable seating and abundant natural light, with doors leading to a spacious deck for BBQing, outdoor dining or relaxation.

The fully finished basement is a perfect entertainment hub, featuring a large smartTV, bar seating, children play area and a foosball table, making it an ideal spot for sports games, movie nights or just hanging out.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
This home includes 4 bedrooms. The primary suite offers an en-suite bathroom and a king size bed. The upstairs bedroom offers a bunk bed perfect for sleepovers and children. The basement also features a sofa bed for larger groups.

There are two bathrooms on the main floor and one downstairs all of which are fully stocked and clean.

Outdoor Space:
The outdoor area is a highlight, featuring an aboveground pool [CLOSED FOR WINTER] and a dedicated playground. Surrounded by rolling hills and farmland, it's perfect for relaxation and play.

Location:

The house is just minutes away from downtown Huntsville where you can enjoy an array of dining options and activities. Arrowhead provincial park where you can hike in the summer and skate in the winter is only a 10 minute drive. A bit further is Algonquin park where there are activities to do year round. The Hidden Valley Ski club is also just minutes away from the house for some skiing and snowboarding in the winter.

The property is also located conveniently beside the Peca Farm where you can expect your time to be filled with petting animals inside the barn, indoor and outdoor games, hay wagon rides (weather dependent), a weekly kids activity, and tons of photo opportunities for the whole family.

Guest have access to entire property.

Important Guest Guidelines:

-This is a family-friendly retreat. Parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate reservation termination.
-To preserve our pristine natural environment, smoking and fireworks are not permitted on the property.
-All guests must be registered on the reservation.
-A Google Nest doorbell with video functionality is installed at the front entrance for guest security and peace of mind.
-Due to our rural Muskoka location and limited municipal pickup, all guests are required to take their garbage and recycling with them upon departure. This helps us maintain a clean property and prevent wildlife issues.
