Fantastic property and staff, we were all well looked after. The water slides kept the kids and adults going for days and days. The only thing we thought would work better was to have an a la carte meal once a week and also some more premium drinks on offer but only minor issues.

I like this property because service and people wherevery friendly and helpful Good food nice swimming pools and vreat water park Two tbings i did not like Qualityof alkochol and thta you must take a shelter to get to a beach Otherwise strongly recomend this place

Service from staff was very good, attentive and helpful. Disappointed that only location for cocktails was main bar in main building. Meaning a 5-10 minute walk to get drinks when by pool. Food options at the snack bars away from main pool were not same as main snack bar and needed to be the same to give consistency and all options.

This a good hotel, but the ‘all inclusive’ is limited, all said the main restaurant is very good, but the staff are an issue, you get ignored by many staff who just blank you! Reception is chaotic and over complicated, if you have an issue you have to explain it over and over to different people, getting a guest in took 30 mins! I wouldn’t go back myself but for families the aqua park would be massively good fun

Very nice hotel, the food was average and there was not a lot of variety. There is a team at the hotel and they do lot of entertainements, shows and lot of stuff which is amazing. The shuttle service to go to the beach is amazing too.

I stayed here with my husband, six year old son and father-in-law. We all had a great time. It catered for all age groups. We loved all the food options and the chefs did a great job. The staff were super friendly from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. It’s a place we would definitely stay in again. I would highly recommend it to any family with varying ages. Bad room I found a blood in the wall , the sink and all door it’s bad , when I go to reception manager he saw , he take 4 hours to change the room , second day I went to main restaurant I wait the staff to grap the food, he not wait me , I wait him , I went to the bar I ask the cup of coffee the bartender speak with me ruad, he said go to another bar he don’t have cups for coffee, iam not satisfied at all, bad hotel with bad service, and employees
