Welcome! Enjoy your stay at our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath open floor plan home. Fully equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher. Large open living and dining room area with sliding doors going out to a large outdoor deck, gas grill, fenced in backyard, garage, and driveway. Master bedroom is one Queen sized bed and TV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a pull out Queen sleeper couch in the living room. All furniture is brand new recently purchased. Washer and dryer are located in basement. Central A/C, WiFi, TV in living room. Newly renovated bathroom with large walk in shower, also there is an outdoor shower. Property is a short drive to Hyannis Center, Restaurants, Shopping, Ferries to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket, Kennedy Memorial, and Beaches.

Perfect location

The home had a homey feel that my family and I enjoyed and felt comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. The property manager was so welcoming and friendly and gave great suggestions. We definitely would love to go back and enjoy the summer weather and beaches.

A lovely little Cape Cod retreat

We are visiting from Northern England and have been enjoying an amazing holiday in New England. We have enjoyed a great few days at the property. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed, except for a kettle and teapot. This is just a light hearted remark, in all the properties we rented on this trip, no-one caters for our English need for a good cup of tea! We were even lucky to be able to sit out in the garden during late September. The property was in a very good location; it was easy to access everything that Cape Cod has to offer.Thank you Lisa.

Rental in Hyannis with spot on location

We had a nice stay at this house. It's very well located, close to many shops and restaurants. You cannot beat this location!! The house had a lot of amenities. The host Lisa answered very quickly to all our questions and was very friendly. The only thing that can be improved was the cleanliness. The main appliances (fridge, microwave, shower, toilet and bathroom sink) were clean but the rest, the drawers particularly could be improved as there was hair, facial hair and dust. Same thing with the floor as they did not seemed clean at all. Overall this is a great rental choice for your Cape Cod holidays. Nous avons eu un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, Ă  proximitĂ© de plusieurs magasins et restaurants. Difficile de faire mieux que cet emplacement!! La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e. L'hĂŽte Lisa a rĂ©pondu trĂšs rapidement Ă  toutes nos questions et est trĂšs amicale. La seule chose qui pourrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©e est au niveau de la propretĂ©. Les principaux appareils (rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, micro-onde, douche, toilette et lavabo de la salle de bain) Ă©taient propres mais le reste, les tiroirs particuliĂšrement, pourrait ĂȘtre Ă mĂ©liorĂ© puisqu'il y avait des poils, des cheveux et de la poussiĂšre. MĂȘme chose pour les planchers qui ne semblaient pas nettoyĂ©s. Somme toute, c'est un bon choix d'hĂ©bergement pour vos vacances Ă  Cape Cod.

Fantastic house

We loved the house. So pretty and clean and the best location. The beach is 4 mins away. Lisa is a fabulous host and answered all my questions ahead of time. The house was so well equipped, you couldn’t have asked for anything better. Would definitely come back! Loved it!

Perfect location and host

The house was super cute and had everything we needed and was a great location. A 5 min drive to a beautiful beach and centrally located on the cape. I can't say enough about Lisa the host. She literally responded to any and all questions I had within minutes. She was genuinely concerned that we had a great stay which we did. We definitely plan on staying there again.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Supermarkt und Restaurants in der NÀhe. Der Strand ist schön und war zu unserer Zeit nicht voll. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas verbessert werden (Geschirr, Schubladen in den SchrÀnken), war grundsÀtzlich aber in Ordnung.

Spotless, cozy home!

This home is perfect! It is in the ideal location, convenient for anything you want to do on the Cape. Our host Lisa was wonderful and easy to communicate with. This home is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and a very cozy feel to it. Highly recommend if you are visiting the Cape!

Charming Cape Cod home

Staying at this charming house has convinced me and my wife to come visit Cape Cod again and bring some of our other family members.
