Pubic hair stuck on the ceiling in bathroom along with boogers. The glass door looking out over the balcony of pigeons has a film that you can see through if you move just perfect. Never again will I stay at this dump ! Absolutely disgusting. Just a FyI, when painting remove the wallpaper boarder before painting over painting. Who does that !

The room was wonderful—large and clean. The balcony overlooking the river and park was lovely. However, the sliding glass door to the balcony was hard to open and close and in need of maintenance. There were areas in the hotel needing some TLC as well. Included breakfast was adequate and tasty. There is a Chili’s just across the street.

We didn’t stay here! We tried to get somebody on the phone because our airline canceled our flight and we couldn’t get anybody on the phone nor could Expedia. Terrible customer service they never replied to emails.

Always my go to stay when in Idaho Falls. A room in the tower facing the river and with a big balcony is amazing.

Tired, Old, Dirty Hotel

The toilet had not been cleaned, the bathroom sink would not drain, the counters had not been wiped and cleaned and the floor had not been vacuumed around the bed. We contacted the front desk clerk and she agreed to find us different room. The 2nd room had been freshly wiped down by the front desk clerk but the room didn't have a king bed, but 2 queen beds. The sink drain wouldn't open so it wouldn't drain after I shaved so I had to leave it. When we spoke with the manager the following morning, she gave us a $25 discount for our inconvenience. We will stay away from this hotel.

The remodel made this hotel fresh and nice. Beds are comfy and absolutely love being right along the greenbelt and river. The staff was very friendly and even remembered our family from our last stay.

Great views comfortable room a bit dirty bad servi

Toilet was a bit stained, thats easy to maintain. As we checked in, the young man stayed short and we had to ask about all services including pool key info. We had an amazing view for the fireworks, but had to make sure front desk knew the door lock was sticking and was hard to open so we didnt get charged for damages. They sent maintenance but it did not fix the problem. Had another guest ask us how our room was as she had a dirty room and overheard another guest complain that their room was given away.

Love this hotel, the breakfast is always awesome, staff is friendly, beautiful views of the river. My only wish is that there were fans in the bathrooms bc they have a shower and toilet and no fan, it's a bummer

poor kitchen set up ...

kitchen set up way to small to accommodate the number of guess for AM breakfast.. Need a second staff /employee to refill food and trash picked up. concierge very accommodating just not staffed well

Room was not clean, particularly the bathroom and the balcony which was plastered in bird feces on the floor, seats and table, the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the hotel was built. We booked as the room fit 5 people but they didn't have bedding/pillows for the sofa bed so only comfortable for 4. Front desk said it was normal. Breakfast was rough, only stayed here as it was freedom celebration weekend and only option, so they reamed us on the price too.
