This is a wonderful rural property with an outdoor pool and several bedrooms. It was very good as a base for cyclists to explore northern Mallorca. More cleaning supplies such as liquid dishwashing soap and laundry detergent and basic kitchen supplies like salt, pepper & sugar would have made our visit a little more comfortable. Mosquitos in the building made our last two nights sleep a little difficult. We were uncertain where they were entering the house. There were numerous ones that made themselves known. We will try and forget that aspect of our vacation there.

Schöner Wohlfühlurlaub
Tolle Finca, super, super, super sauber - alles blitzt und blankt. Sehr nette Eigentümer. Wunderschöner Garten mit eigenen Zitronenbäumen, rundherum umzäunt. Tolle Veranda. Küchenausstattumg komplett, es fehlt an nichts. Lage auch super….ländlich aber in ein paar Minuten ist man in Inca. Einzig die nahe gelegene Autobahn hört man - den einen stört es, den anderen nicht.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!
Das Haus ist wunderbar. Vorallem die Außenanlage ist ein Traum. Der Pool war das Highlight für unseren Sohn. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Lediglich die Betten könnten ein wenig bequemer sein, das hat aber unserem Urlaub nichts anhaben können.
Die Lage der Finca ist sehr gut gelegen und man erreicht alles ohne Probleme. Die Autobahn ist hörbar, hat uns aber nicht gestört.
Das Hoftor könnte wieder elektrisch werden, das wäre eine Erleichterung…

Perfecto para estar en familia, zona exterior genial, el alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario.
Antes de iniciar la estancia, solicitamos que si venía personal de mantenimiento de piscina/jardín, nos avisaran con antelación para estar prevenidos por nuestra intimidad. Y no fue así, el sábado por la mañana amanecimos asustados por su presencia inesperada.
Rustige omgeving. Centrale ligging. Bereikbaarheid naar diverse lokaties uitstekend.
Wij waren hier met onze zoon in de Winter (December) en hadden een geweldige vakantie. 's Morgens bij het opstaan de zon in en rondom de Finca. Goede ontvangst bij aankomst en uitleg van de voorzieningen .
Prachtige ligging, uitzicht op de Bergen. Complimenten voor zowel de eigenaar als Homeaway en MallorcaCharme.
De moeite waard om beslist weer een keer in deze karraktervolle Finca een vakantie door te brengen.

Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt. Einrichtung, Bäder, Küchenausstattung, Pool, Gartenanlage, Grill - alles sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und ausgestattet. Herrlich der Blick auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge von beiden Terassen sowie vom Wintergarten, der sich auch für kühlere Tage und Regen gut eignet.
Die Betten könnten weicher sein, die Einrichtung ein moderneres Design haben. Das Rauschen der nahen Autobahn (ca. 200 m Luftlinie) ist störend. Andererseits erlaubt die nahe Autobahn das schnelle Erreichen von Zielen insb im Norden und Süden der Insel.

Wir kommen wieder
Dies war unser erster Finca Urlaub. Zu Anfang waren wir etwas skeptisch, ob das mit der Buchung alles klappt. Man hört ja nicht gerade wenig, Von daher haben wir von Deutschland nur die Anzahlung geleistet und den Rest in bar im Büro in Muro beglichen. Dort wurden wir sehr nett aufgenommen. Der Rest wurde beglichen und wir haben die Wegbeschreibung besprochen und erfahren, dass viele Fincen in Spanien keinen Strassennamen sondern nur Koordinaten haben. Damit haben wir die Finca aber trotz Zweifel sehr gut gefunden. Sie lag, wie beschrieben sehr einsam aber ein Traum. Der Platz im und vorm Haus ist ernorm. Großer Kühlschrank und Gefriertruhe sind vorhanden. Für uns war es ein Top Urlaub und mit Sicherheit nicht unser Letzter.
3x in 2 Wochen wurde der Pool gesäubert.
nach einer Woche Wäsche + Handtücherwechsel sowie Reinigung der gesamten Finca
Leider hatten wir sehr viele Moskitos trotz Fliegengitter Spray Pulver Kerzen und Autan. Was aber an der Finca und dem tollen Ausblick keinen Abbruch getan hat

Tolles Haus
Wir haben uns zu sechst in dem gut ausgestatteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die anfänglichen Probleme mit dem Strom wurden schnell behoben.
Die zentrale Lage war für uns zu Bergwandern ideal. Der Blick auf die Berge von der Terrasse aus war jeden Tag wieder schön. Was manchmal ein wenig störte, war (je nach Windrichtung) die Nähe zur Autobahn.
