Vivienda Isabela - Villa With Private Pool In Inca

The outdoor areas are wonderful, including a large 12 x 5 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1-2 m and 4 sun loungers, our guests' favourite place for sunbathing. A wonderful porch and a fully furnished terrace invite you to enjoy unforgettable evenings with your family. Perhaps you would like to enjoy a delicious barbecue after a long day at the pool? The property is fenced and there are some neighbours nearby.

The house is laid out entirely on one floor. The living-dining room features an attractive stone wall and is equipped with two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. There is also a second separate dining room with a large table for all guests, a sofa and air conditioning. The separate kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and all the utensils you need to cook just as you would at home. The property has three bedrooms with wardrobes: one with two single beds and two with a double bed. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a second bathroom with a shower, accessible from the communal areas of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

Located on the outskirts of Inca, this villa is ideal for those seeking tranquillity without straying too far from the town, although we recommend that you come with a car. Inca is a small town in the centre of the island with a lot of charm and a wide variety of shops, from grocery stores to clothing stores and other products. In addition, this town is known for its famous cellers, restaurants where you can sample Mallorcan specialities, and its traditional Thursday market. This market has been held continuously for more than seven centuries. The chapel of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest, and its excellent viewpoint over the island, is well worth a visit. On the other hand, for those who wish to enjoy the beach, in just 20-25 minutes by car, you can reach the north coast and the fine sandy beaches of Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort. In the area, if you explore a little, you will find small sandy or rocky coves.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser schönen Residenz. Nette Besitzer, die ihr Bestes geben, um den Pool in einem Top-Zustand zu halten. Die Unterkunft und der Pool waren top. Einziger Minuspunkt, dass 1 Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage war, so dass es bei 38 Grad wirklich nicht machbar war, diesen Raum zu benutzen. Musste also mit Matratzen ziehen. Und vielleicht Aufmerksamkeitspunkt. Das Haus ist für 5 bis 6 Personen, aber die Sonnenliegen und Stühle auf der Terrasse sind für 4 Personen. Wir waren 5 Personen, also eine Liege am Poolmangel. Ansonsten echt toll. Bei 5 Minuten 3 Supermärkte, die 7 Tage die Woche bis 22 Uhr geöffnet sind. Alles ist im Haus vorhanden.
