Excellent location. Nice large TV in common area. Very dysfunctional process for parking, entry and exit. Elevators were not working going up 8 flights of stairs. We were given incorrect entry codes. Parking was not marked. Refrigerator door popped loudly when opening and closing. Condiments were left inside. Spoiled coffee creamer. Kitchen surfaces were dirty. Had to search for toilet paper. Bar chairs were missing. Towels had an odor. Host responded quickly to some of the issues but could not solve all problems. Difficult for seniors to climb 8 flights of stairs in summer heat multiple times.

This property is ina good location. It is clean. Having the bedrooms on different levels is okay but not for elderly people who have to go up and down the stairs. Upstairs bedroom had a weird smell. Almost like stale smoke or weed with air freshener covering it up.

Downtown Hidey-Hole

Perfect location downtown to be within walking distance of just about everything. The location was clean and welcoming. I will admit it's a bit of a Willy Wonka adventure finding the place as it's in a historic building that's been repurposed, but it adds to the character we thought. We would stay here again!

The elevator process of getting to the penthouse property was a bit of a pain but the property itself and location made up for it. It was a great stay. The owners responded to our needs quickly even sending TP via door dash!

Girls trip

Great location. Very clean apartment. Close to everything downtown. Parking garage directions not great. Getting the parking pass and keys from the 9th floor before you can park is a pain and then leaving the parking garage upon departure and having to go back up and leave the pass was a pain. Halls and elevator reeked of weed the entire weekend. Vagrants miandering around the lobby and using the elevators during the day. Bedrooms could use ceiling fans or supply box fans for the bedrooms (especially the 3rd floor) as they are very warm. Air wouldn't go below 72. The space was very nice and near almost anything you need. Jack's donuts is a few doors down and is my all time fave so that ended our trip with a bang!
