This house was amazing for my family of 11 and the host was even better. Clean, spacious, and cozy. They were able to accommodate us when our flight was cancelled 2 times and the rate was fair. Can't wait to come back to Indy to stay in our beautiful home away from home. Hopefully the weather is better and the kids can play at the beautiful park that is located at the end of the block. Thank you for an amazing experience!!!!

Our stay was great! The VRBO was very clean and items were all restocked when we arrived. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Staying in Indianapolis, I am always worried about how the neighborhood will be but it was a very calm and safe neighborhood. We had a super easy easy drive to the convention center. We would love to stay here again next year!

This was a great place for our family vacation to Indy. Easy access to downtown, the zoo, and the Children’s Museum. My girls loved riding their scooters to the playground down the street (just a short walk). The hot tub was not hot right away, but we were able to heat it up for our 2nd night. The house is clean, gorgeous, and spacious, and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, and I appreciated it being stocked with coffee. Owner is super responsive and kind. Check in and access were very easy. Garage was great as street parking can be tough.

We were in town for the Steelers/Colts game - the property was minutes from the arena as well as bars/restaurants. Prop manager was easy to communicate with, check-in/out were seamless.

This was an amazing space and it was very close to a nice park for kids to play at. The only complaint is that the street it’s on is pretty narrow and there is parking on both sides which could make getting through difficult. Otherwise - it’s a wonderful house to have a family with kids running around.

Absolutely amazing

We came in for the FDIC show in April and this place was close enough that an Uber only took 10 minutes, restaurants were close and the house was big enough to fit a few business partners. If you are looking to do anything downtown, I would highly recommend this house! It was beautiful, communication was great, check in and check out were very easy. We will look at staying here again next year without a doubt!

Hockey concert trip

Came to town for a youth hockey game and concert. Picked this house Becouse of the kitchen and space to cook as we travel with a chef. We had amazing meals and got to eat as family and friends.

4 Generations Under One Roof

We were a 4-generation family of 10, aged 17 months to 85 years old who were in Indianapolis for a wedding. This house was a great landing place for us. It was well maintained and Katelynn was very responsive to our needs. Everyone enjoyed having space to relax as a family.

We stayed at this beautiful home to attend a birthday party for our aunt who lives in the city. The home is lovely and the decor is stunning! Everything was clean and kitchen and baths were well stocked. Host was gracious and easy to contact. Check-in was a breeze. Didn’t want to leave!

Celebrating my 50th with friends

We had a group of ten adults. The house was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. We moved the open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. It gave us plenty of space to hang out. A few friends and I went to Indianapolis for the 1st time for the last weekend in May 2026. The four of us stayed at this lovely and very spacious home which could easy accommodate a larger group. Our host Josh was very accommodating and pleasant. The home has modern updates and is very clean and organized, and it has all the amenities that we looked for including a hot tub, garage parking, plenty of space for each of us to have our own rooms and a spacious and well mapped out floorplan with room to spread out indoors and outdoors with plenty of bathrooms with tubs and/or showers. The outdoor spaces were great in the front and back of the house and there was an upper level balcony in front which gave a peaceful place to sit, talk, and enjoy outdoors. The weather was perfect for enjoying the outdoor spaces each day. We did the patio/balcony by day and hot tub by night. The backyard was a perfect and private place to relax and enjoy some music and chat while in the hot tub. There was even a list of popular places on the kitchen counter to visit while in Indianapolis including restaurants, bars, attractions, etc. So with this list and a bit of research on our own, when we headed out we had some ideas of where to go and what to do. Massachusetts Ave and the BottleWorks District were nice to explore and find fun and food. Thank you again Josh for providing us with a beautiful home away from home! It was truly a pleasure!
