There’s no better place to explore downtown Indy than our stylish condo in the heart of it all. We have free parking on site, but you won’t need your car! Step outside the front door and make your way to the vibrant entertaining and dining options of Mass Ave and The Bottleworks District, or stroll the historic cobblestone streets of Lockerbie. Wineries, breweries, coffee shops, antique dealers and entertainment venues are all minutes away. Guests rave about the comfortable bed & smart design.

WrightHouse Indy is a historical home built in the 1800s that was beautifully renovated into 3 separate condos in 2023. Your unit is the largest of the three and on the ground floor. Unit 1 has a number on the door and is the first door on the left.

After walking into the welcoming entryway, you’ll find a master bedroom with a king size bed to your left, and a large bathroom straight ahead with an original stained glass window. The spacious kitchen and dining room are to your right and open into a very large and cozy living room with lots of natural light. You also have a washer and dryer and a dedicated work desk if you need it!

We have one king size bed and a comfy couch for a third person. We can also provide an air mattress by request.

PARKING INFO
We offer a private parking lot for our guests. There is no designated parking so you can park anywhere in the lot adjacent to the concrete patio. All of the private entry doors are at the rear of the building, easily accessed from the patio and parking lot.

House was the cutest!! Small but seemed spacious.. perfect! Walked to breweries and so many options close by! Brought dogs and space outside to walk as well as comfort inside was perfect! Definitely will book again!

Very clean unit. Excellent location for downtown events. One FYI, Not the best for long term stays due to the fact there is no closet or chest in bedroom to be able to unpack suitcase. Very nice and updated!

My May 11-May 14 Stay

This apartment is very lovely, clean, and modern; once I got into the apartment, I was super impressed/happy! Unfortunately, the check in process was not smooth for me and resulted in me having to check in to a hotel at 2am. Though the host did everything to rectify the situation after the fact, it is something I feel everyone should be aware of, for all VRBO reservations, not solely for this property. I had notified the host that I would be arriving late due to travel, but didn't notice that the check-in instructions hadn't been delivered to me until after I arrived to Indianapolis at midnight. Sadly, since it was so late in the night, the host was unable to get back to me until the next morning. This property is connected to 2 other units, so fortunately for me, my neighbors were either super quiet or nonexistent, however, the walls do touch and there are connecting doors between each unit. I was a little paranoid about someone being able to sneak in, so I ended up sliding furniture in front of all the doors to ease my mind. I was a solo female traveler on this trip, so I didn't want to take any chances. This property is downtown, so it was loud/noisy at night, but I didn't feel unsafe. As mentioned, the host went above and beyond to rectify the situation regarding check-in and did have tremendous communication after the fact - I would absolutely recommend this apartment, just make sure you have your check-in instructions before you get there!

Concert weekend

We had an overnight stay for a concert in town. It was short but sweet. It was the perfect little spot to spend the evening getting ready and eating pizza and a great place to land when we got in! So comfortable and cozy! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend! We will definitely be trying to find an excuse to stay again.
