A comfortable place to sleep

I was there for four days and nobody ever came to my room to take out the trash or make the bed or clean the room. I could never connect to the Internet. Other than that, it was an OK place to stay.

We booked through Expedia so the room was paid for, upon arriving we were told we had to give another 100 for a security deposit which was most of the spending money i had brought. We got to our room and the bathroom was FILTHY, blood stains on the toilet, hair all over the bath tub, scum in the bath tub and black mold along the base of the walls of the shower. On our way out to the pool the half of the hallway on the way out smelled like sour milk, and the trash cans were overflowing infested with flies and smelled like roadkill. We were on my daughters 16 birthday trip, and i will never stay here again and would suggest everyone else to go elsewhere too. The one positive thing i will say is, that the young lady that checked us in was great, she was so very sweet and warm. She would do great at a flourishing hotel.

There was a distinct smell in the hallways and rooms. Beds were not actually queen size. Bathroom door didn’t lock and the shower curtain bar was not set up correctly seeming like it’ll break. Since the shower curtain bar was not in the right place the shower curtain wouldn’t prevent the water from going into the rest of the washroom creating a puddle and slipping hazard. We used a lot of towels on the ground to prevent this. Overall our experience was not good, it was dirty and felt more like a cheap motel and based on the clientele you would understand why the rates were low.

There was a LOT of clutter around in different places. Hallways and storage areas, and above the lobby. It needs a good purging and a good scrubbing.

This place was cheap and the front desk person was nice. Other than that there was nothing good to say. Moldy smell in 1st floor room and beds weren’t made / made sloppily. Asked for a different room and that was 10% better. Stay elsewhere.

Don’t go here.

Definitely would not recommend. Checked into the hotel and everything seemed fine. Later on the same night I found not one but 5 spiders in our first room. When brought up to the staff they denied having any bugs in their hotel. Someone came by my room, where my 6 month old and dog were at, and began spraying with bug spray with zero regard to their safety. We were offered a different room then told they needed to switch the room again due to us having a pet which they should’ve already been aware of given the fact that I payed a pet fee. The next room was much better but we insisted the hotel employee check the room for bugs. He assured us it was all good, but after scanning the room myself I found another spider and some type of beetle. At this point it was approximately 12:30 am and we needed a place to stay. Needless to say not a good stay.

Bugs and a few hairs in the tub. Nicely updated but cleaning fell short. No ice anywhere. Pool had dirty socks on the fence for two days at least.
