The host was very accommodating, friendly and quick to respond to questions. We found the property to be exactly as advertised, well-furnished and well-supplied. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. If the need and opportunity ever present themselves in the future, I would not hesitate to book this property again. Highly recommend.

Nice property with plenty of room

Clean and easy to check in. Listing states 5 bedrooms, but 5th is converted to office and not a bedroom by default which is slightly misleading. Air mattress was available so issue was resolved no problem. Would recommend as the rest of the property was wonderful.

Large home in safe, quiet neighborhood

We had a pleasant stay in this home and it met our basic needs adequately. Everyone had a comfortable bed and the location of the home was perfect for our event. The home is minimally furnished, not much in the way of extra amenities such as a barbecue grill, and cooking equipment.

Was great having so many bedrooms, the living room is great for family time, loved the office for some work I had to do, and the kitchen is well appointed, but there's not nearly enough seating for dinner (5 chairs around a very small table). Overall, this is the house we needed.

We arrived early and had no issue checking in early Sudha was great with correspondence. The place was very clean and spacious. Convenient to drive to all the shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. We would HIGHLY recommend and will be using her again ourselves next year .

Wedding Weekend

The host was super responsive to all questions and early check in request. It was interesting that the only queen bed was the blow up bed, but all beds were comfortable and we slept. It was super helpful that there was nice shampoo and soaps everywhere since we all flew there for the weekend. We did cook a few meals and could have used another large pot and possibly a cookie sheet. Yes, we had premade cookie dough! Even though is snowed a little each day it was warm in the house. Recommend for sure!

Great location and wonderful sleeping!

The house was a great size for our family of 6. The beds were very comfortable and the baths were well supplied. It's a fairly new space and had ample space in the kitchen for cooking. RO system and filtered water was a real plus as well as a water softener. We would stay again if available!

This property was clean and quiet. The 5PM check-in was unusual 3pm has been the norm. while 2 hours may not seem much.... My crew works nights so when having worked all night, drive to the next location. they are ready to rest

Lots of pluses, but also some significant negatives

Pros: New home with stylish kitchen. Well stocked. Good location. Has just about everything you need, including a working printer and print supplies. Cons: All the beds were foam mattresses that were very stiff and none were larger than a double. Only one thermostat that controls both floors, so you have to choose which one to keep at a comfortable temperature. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived. Shower drain in hall bathroom was clogged and drained very slowly. We contacted the owner, who sent a plumber out, but we were not given any advance notice and he showed up while we were out to dinner, so nothing got fixed.

Four couples stayed for three nights. The house was clean and well stocked with the basic necessities including kitchen and bathroom supplies. It is exactly as the pictures and description in VRBO. The location was perfect with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We went to the game in Bloomington about forty minutes away. Ideal location for anyone that is attending a Indiana function. Would definitely stay there again. The owner kept in touch with daily texts.

Perfect place!

I rented this home for my sister-in-law’s wedding for us girls to get ready in and spend the weekend together. The house is very clean, spacious, and beautiful! Communication with the owner was easy and very detailed. If needed, I would absolutely rent this house again!

A perfect place to stay!

Five adults stayed a week in this comfortable home with lots of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and offers a relaxing experience. We had coffee on the back deck with a variety of song birds and walked every evening in this friendly neighborhood. This is a good location for families as there is a playground a block away. Since we were here for family events I appreciated that we were permitted to have our brother join us for a dinner. The beds are comfortable with choice of pillow types, lots of towels are provided. This house is centrally located close to major highways. There is a great farm market minutes away. The host was responsive to all questions and communication was excellent. We would all make this choice again!
