Don’t stay here

I wasn’t able to check in until 9pm, check in was supposed to be at 4pm. Facility was filthy upon entry. Dirty linen all through the hallway my entire two day stay. The microwave was broke. I had to go to the store to get my own disinfectant to clean an already “clean” room. Loud noises early in the morning.

really good deal on Expedia -- so i hate to complain. All in all i thought it was a nice property --- BUT small things were problematic -- remote batteries low - coffee maker had incorrect caraf top which made making coffee messy/and or impossible. -- ice maker in Fridge was nice -- but it didnt function --- all laminate floor- no carpeting - it was nice, but i actually prefer carpeting. Room was CLEAN -- (bonus) all in all a good deal money wise.

Our two day stay started very rough as the room we were given was dirty, the HVAC didn't work and the toilet was empty of water. We were moved to a suite only to find the TV didn't work, nor did the HVAC. We were forced to open the windows to cool down the room, only to find a screen missing. Very uncomfortable night. Meeting with the Assistant Manager the next morning was to our satisfaction as he immediately fixed the TV, the HVAC and put in a screen. Our second night was very nice. In hindsight, had we known the hotel was under renovation, we would have passed. In the end, the staff saved our weekend and we walked away satisfied (at least with the second night).
