No locals (zip codes starting with "46") unless a business/medical exemption is provided (must be approved by host). Locals are defined as anyone living in the city of Indianapolis or within 50 miles of it. This is to prevent any Parties which are prohibited.

Building and Condo Security Measures

Minut Noise Detectors located in the apartment and monitors noise levels. Does not record.
Surveillance cameras monitors common areas (not inside apartment.)
