Great place to stay if you are going to an event downtown. Very easy to walk to restaurants and they even have a Mall next door if you want to go shopping. The staff is very helpful and do all they can to ensure you have the best stay. They make helpful recommendations in the area.

This property does not feel like a Conrad. The lobby is great but the rooms are poor. They are clean but really dated and few outlets for charging. It is really disappointing given the cost. Secondly, while we have many dining options the area is surrounded by so many homeless and shady looking people hanging outside. It doesn’t feel safe.

Overall good, but a few issues on this trip

Had called a day prior to confirm and request specific room and feather free. When trying to check-in at 3pm, was told that specific room was not assigned to us and we had to wait for it to be de-feathered. Was given a credit, but it was confusing because the amount was the same as the incidentals amount and I didn't use them. Was told the credit would be added to my Hilton Rewards account and waiting for that to post. There was a damp spot on the carpet that might have been condensation as it was right under the air grate. Other than that, overall good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a weekend trip with my husband. We've stayed at nice hotels but we felt like the Conrad staff really went over and beyond to take care of us. The pool and hot tub were really great added amenities and everything was well kept.

I had booked two queen beds for my friend and I, and they have us a king bed and a crib instead? And they wouldn’t/ couldn’t get us another room. They also denied us late checkout, which is their right, but thought I should let people know.
