Came in late so we're exhausted. A bunch of buses were in the checkin area. The lobby is small and crowded but do love the fireplace. We made it to our room after parking at the edge of the property. It was a busy night ! Finally laid on the bed to chill and watch a little TV and the remote didn't work. Too tired to call for help. No TV. Doesn't someone have to check this ? No directions provided. Bed was comfortable but AC was very loud. Had to put in white noise. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

TERRIBLE !!

Awakened 1:45 AM by the next room's VERY LOUD Television,.. started trying to call Front Desk then... called constantly with NO ANSWER until 5:30 AM. Tried 5 times to turn AC system to Constant Fan to drown out the TV...it turned off after 10 minutes every time. NO SLEEP FROM 1:45 AM TO 5:30 AM!! At check-out Front Desk clerk REFUSED to issue refund.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff is helpful and friendly. Large vanity in bathroom to lay out all your toiletries etc. Plenty of space in the room. Airport shuttle actually starts running at 0400 which was a plus for us. Extended parking is priced very fair.

This is the seconded time this year I opted to stay at this Country inn and suites. I feel it is priced good, and the accommodations of a hotel and heated pool are major. The breakfast is ok. Although the lady who was working friday morning was not the most friendly shutting down breakfast at 9:30 when advertising shows open till 10:30 had me feeling rushed and bothersome. Still though even with the sign blocking entrance she did allow me in and I was able to fill a couple plates(: aside from that. I asked for a late check out so that my child could get some morning swim time and all 3 of the people working front desk assured me that, that was fine. Very accommodating and pleasant. Overall this hotel is 5 Star☆☆☆☆☆ and I plan to stay there on all of my outings that take me to Indianapolis.

Me and my family came in town for our sun’s birthday weekend. The hotel was nice everything was great the room was comfortable we slept great! We will be coming back to stay our next trip.

Good value for the money. Clean and well kept. Not much staff present during day or night. And the food choices for breakfast were pretty slim. But overall a good place. Easy exit to the highway and a Colvers right next to it.
