Great place to stay in Indianapolis

Me and some of my friends needed a place to stay in Indianapolis for a wedding. This house sleeps a lot of people and is close to downtown where there is a lot to do. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay near Lucas Oil Stadium

Stayed the weekend to be close to Lucas Oil Field. Had to contact Mario upon check-in and he was very responsive. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. The beds were very comfortable. Will definitely use again whenever visiting Indianapolis.

Mario was nice enough and the place was very adequate for a large team, but we ran out of toilet paper very early in our stay and I couldn't get Mario to respond or bring us anymore. I thought he was supposed to provide but we had to go buy more ourselves. Kind of frustrating to wait on his replies. There was also a smell in the house, and we never figured out what that was. Good place for big group of all aged people.

Appliances need to be updated The refrigerator was leaking water. The ice maker was not working. The appliances are just old and the beds. All the trundle that are under the bed did not fit in the room and the cleaning of it could’ve been much better.

Nice place great location

Nice house with plenty of room for everyone. Has everything you need and then some. The location was perfect for us nice walking distance from the stadium and down town.

Location means everything! This property was literally a 2-3 drive from where we needed to be for our convention (once you got the hang of the one way streets).😁 The property itself was nice and met our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Note to owner: While I understood that this wasn't a hotel, the space accommodates 18 but you charge extra for more than 8 guests per person per day, that needs to be stated in your listing. As it states now, charging for extra guests can imply that you charge more for any guests more than 18.
