The staff were excellent and the room was clean and functional if a bit old. The hot water was not hot, just warm and the bottom of the tub was so slanted on the sides that it made it hard to get safe footing when taking a shower.

Worst experience to date

Personally would not recommend. Booked the executive suite. Completely outdated. Air conditioner was very noisy. Had a very unfriendly odor. Tv's were old. King size bed was comfortable but the pillows were beyond horrible. My daughter slept on the sofa bed in the other room, but with the sofa bed out theres no way at all to get from the bedroom to the bathroom. Very poorly designed room. The complimentary breakfast was the worst ive ever experienced. We did not eat. The employee overseeing breakfast had a bad attitude. Worst experience at a hotel by far. Also, $10 to park there and a $50 incidental deposit with a 3 to 5 day hold. Just a heads up. However the lady who checked us in was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Overall not bad what I didn't like was the fact that the mattress was dirty and had no mattress cover that stayed on the bed if you move it moves to exposing the mattress to your body and the tub had a slope in it that made it hard to take a comfortable shower

Not well cleaned. There’s spider and spiderweb in their vase, tried to ask if we can switch to other room but they did not listen, engineer just went in our room to kill the spider and remove the webs. Also, shampoo bottle is completely empty!!! Room smells bad. Sorry but I can’t recommend this place. This is the worst hotel I’ve been to.

Just adequate

The staff was all very friendly, The food area was OK, but it could have used some improvements. For example, the sausage links were barely warm and the toaster took forever to pop up. I usually look forward to the waffle makers and having a real butter. They did not have real butter and the waffles came out soft so I was very disappointed in that although they did have many condiments like chocolate chips and walnuts and fresh jams that were very good. We had a whirlpool in our room, which was nice, but the room was very humid when we checked in. We only used the whirlpool on the first day of three days and the humidity did not improve. Even though we ran the air conditioning the entire tim.Our clothes all felt damp. There was something wrong with the showerhead so we called the maintenance department and they came in quickly to fixed our problem which I was impressed with. The swimming pool area also had a hot tub which we were not impressed with at all. All of the Jets were broken off, and the water just bubbled and splashed out, and it looked very dingy. The swimming pool was very small but OK for small kids just to play. I was very surprised to find that we were charged $10 dollars a day to park our car which was added on our bill as incidentals. I expected us to know that information when we book the room, but it was not mentioned. Overall, the hotel needs updating, and things are getting old. I don't think it was worth what we paid to stay there.

We still don’t get used to housekeeping service not being every day. They spin it like they’re doing us a favor, which is sort of infuriating. Having said that, the staff were very friendly unhelpful.

Good location on east side of Indianapolis to permit quick access to I70 E. Parking lot is being resurfaces and is part of a conference center. Fast food is walkable. Neighborhood is on the lower end of OK. Check-in OK. Room was booked so upgraded to executive suite. Clean. Carpet could be updated as was worn, but serviceable. Folks at desk were great. Breakfast was outstanding. I would stay again

Very comfortable bed! We were able to get extra bedding and towels easily. Only real critique for the king suite is that even you fold out the sofa bed there is almost no room to walk around it, which you need to to get to the bathroom.
