The hotel was clean, staff was friendly (except the girl who checked us in, no personality or real customer service skills). We had a suite and we were very impressed. The beds, for us, were uncomfortable and the pillows way to soft. We had 2 tv's and if you tried to turn one on, both would come on and if you changed the channel on one, the other tv would change itself or shut off. Continental breakfast was a bottle of water, a yogurt and a muffin for Covid reason and the gym was open but the pool closed. We were impressed by everyone attitude and willingness to help. Would go back again.

We're happy that you chose our location and found it to be convenient and comfortable, however we are sorry to hear that the front desk staff member who checked you in did not exhibit a welcoming personality. Please be advised that we have addressed that matter accordingly. Unfortunately we had no control when the televisions were initially set as they mirror one another. The next time you visit us and you are assigned to the same type of room you can shut off the mirror factor by turning off one of the tv's holding the remote on it. We apologize for any inconvenience that matter may have caused. We hope that you will stay with us the next time you visit!
