Really pleasant staff. The shuttle driver is very friendly and made a special trip for us outside of schedule! The lobby person is very kind too. We found a bug (that looked like an ant with wings) but apart from that, the room is really clean. I'll stay there again.

We stayed 3 nights for our baseball tournament. Place nice and clean. We also purchased breakfast at an additional cost. Breakfast was ok but minimal. Also some days it did not open until 7:30AM - if you need to run early this could be an issue. Staff was friendly. On the second day maintenance crew busted the satellite dish so we were out of TV for rest of the weekend. They also had a complimentary snack and drinks by the service desk which was awesome! Overall, good stay and will stay here again.

After waiting for five hours at the airport, my flight was canceled in Indianapolis so I chose to stay at the Holiday Inn. The lady at the front desk, I wish I could remember her name, was very accommodating very friendly and went above and beyond to help me after a long day. The room itself I wasn’t really impressed with. The TV didn’t work and I did find one bug on the bed. Other than that, it was a good stay.
