Grossly understaffed - 1 person running the hotel. Horrible bedding. Not sure if this is how all Hilton Home2Suites run or if this is an anomaly. The GM, if there is one, should be fired. Will never stay there again.

Front desk staff were efficient and friendly, continental breakfast was great, nice room, hotel, and neighborhood. Only complaint was thermostat kept reverting back to 59F and housekeeping never serviced room, but those were not big deals to us anyway.

It was overall good but the beds were pretty hard and the pool was super small but overall it was fine for a one night stay
