We had an amazing stay. The only issue we had was the valet. We had alerted ballet via text at 10 AM went down to the valet. Stand stood there for 10 minutes before someone asked us our names then it took another 20 minutes for us to get our car people that came after us got their cars before we did.

We pick that hotel, because it had a bar in a restaurant. I was unaware that people were able to rent that space out. Had I have known that I would not have stayed. I chose that particular hotel so we could have some food and drinks after the race. Never again!

Terrific, very typical of Hyett Place other areas I’ve been to. But you have such easy access to Gainbridge, and the staff is super friendly. Would happily stay here again when I come back to cover the Indiana Fever.

Do not stay at this hotel! We got assaulted outside the hotel when we were checking out and the hotel doors were locked and couldn’t get back in. They have no staff on the main level and no cameras to protect people staying there.

Stood here for two days with no TV working no dining experience in their restaurant because it was a private event was told I can go somewhere else and eat and I’m disabled so I had to take a Lyft anywhere I wanted to go yeah there’s restaurants near, but I can’t wal that far. Couldn’t watch the TV to watch the game because I had no TV working. There was no microwave in my room. Had to go all the way downstairs from the 14th floor to the second floor go to the microwave, which was really filthy I had to go back in my elevator go back up to the 14 walk back to my room, which was very inconvenient. Will not ever be staying there again. Wouldn’t suggest anybody to stay there if they’re having a big event they should’ve made other arrangements for people that wanted to share a nice little dinner downstairs instead of having to leave the hotel. I was told that I could order food from the kitchen, but I have to go back in my room and eat it. Why would I wanna sit in my room and eat a nice dinner when I can go home and eat and my own room. They also said that they gave me many options. No, they should’ve never took my card if they would’ve told me before that that there was gonna be events for both days I would’ve never rented that room. I didn’t have it on the website that the restaurant was gonna be closed for those two days because believe me why would I stay there and that my tv wasn’t going to work downtown Indianapolis Hyatt, a fat zero

We enjoy our stay. Great location. Breakfast was great. Kitchen needs to put attention in plates. Some a little dirty mixed with the clean ones. Some staff was very friendly, others was helpful but not friendly. Valet was great . But when we check out and get our car. stinks so much of weed. First we don’t smoke any kind and second we are our way to very important meeting. Also if nice hotel. Very walkable areas. Thank you

We liked our (second) room and the staff was great. The only thing I didn't like was the dining in the hotel, it was not good. I would recommend walking to The District Tap around the corner to eat.
