Run down area and unclean and uninviting.

First Impression wasn't too bad from the lobby. The entire floor we were on, smelled like Marijuana, french fries and trash scattered through the hallway, Paint falling off ceiling in bathroom, bathroom didn't fully close. Also approached by a man that was clearly on drugs outside and wouldn't stop talking and making my wife and kids super uncomfortable. Even walked behind us talking and saying that he'd see us at breakfast. For the cost of this room, it was not worth anywhere near it. The receptionist was very kind and understanding though and knew who we were talking about when mentioning the man outside. She was wanting to take care of the issues and wanted to move us to another room, but it was too late for that.

We initially were given a room that was not handicap accessible (which we specified in our reservation). The room also smelled of cigarette smoke. We asked if we could be moved and the staff were very kind and arranged for us to have another room. The second room was much better. Not yet enough handicapped parking spots. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast.

Beds were comfy, pillows weren't too bad either. Cleanliness wise, I can't give great reviews. They're was pizza left in the fridge from the people before us, so I'm sure that wasn't cleaned. Breakfast wasn't great. There was some sort of fried egg and sausage links. Then the normal waffle maker, cereal, and baked goods

I was met by a lovely young lady at the front desk. She was friendly and offered assistance if needed. The room was clean and comfortable. We always look for non smoking hotels, but some of them still smell of cigarettes. Thankfully this one didn't.

At check in a customer complain of no fresh wash clothes or towels in room. Upon entering the room i turn down the comforter to see bed sheets had stains in them and hair. Also the bathroom shower was hard to use because it seem rusted in the halfway position.

Not worth the money

Rented a room for 4 , had 1 washcloth and 2 towels. Could see daylight beside the HVAC unit. Not so good part of town. Our whole level smelled like marijuana and someone let their toddler run up and down the hallway screaming at 3 am. Pool was closed and the exercise room was junk. Someone tried to change out our microwave AFTER we checked in and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. The bed was super comfy but this place is definitely a 2 star hotel.
