Paid for skyline view and we were placed on the opposite side of the building. Called front desk to try to fix and they said its the highest floor. I said there is no view of the skyline. They said the view is FROM the skyline. Glad I didn't book riverview.

There for an overnight business trip. Very nice hotel. Room was fabulous. Food is a different story. If I am paying $30 for a burger, it at least should be good.
