Our spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a dedicated office space for remote work and a fully equipped chef's kitchen ideal for family meals. The master suite offers a sanctuary with heated floors and a soaking tub in the bathroom. For additional privacy and space, the carriage house includes its own bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen. High-speed WiFi and smart home features ensure a seamless stay.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home. There is a carriage house above the garage which will be rented out separately with a separate entrance.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Parking:
There are 2 parking spots located in the front of the home, and 2 inside the garage with access to NEMA outlets for EV chargers. The exterior concrete pad adjacent to the garage has a weatherproof Level 2 EV charger.

Noise and Neighborhood:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am which includes fireworks. The only exception is the 4th of July weekend which extends quiet hours until 11:30 pm

Roads:
Please observe posted speed limits and do not speed.

Garbage management:
Please deposit garbage in the garbage receptacle by the garage. It is 96 gallons and is picked up every Thursday. Recycling is picked up in front of the house and there is a 96 gallon receptacle on the side of the house. This will need to be rolled out to the front street. Pickup is every other Friday.
