Nice

First room was absolutely nice only thing the was the heat would not turn off. We gave Gave it overnight to see if things will change call front desk in the morning and was moved with no hesitation very nice maintenance man. Nice people all around thank you. Awesome job.

Nice place but really hot 79F room

Our room was 79F degrees when we got in late at night, making it very uncomfortable to get rest in. it was clean and nice but temperature that high seems like an obvious oversight.

Property was under construction - reason for area and cleanliness ratings. Security was called to floor around 3 am twice due to noise complaints. Can hear every car/truck that passes by facility. TV did not work. Sent up maintenance and they "fixed." Then shut it off and came back and only one channel would work. Will say staff was very good. Especially the staff working the breakfast. But, would not stay there again.

Not worth the price.

Thermostat broke so couldn’t control heat, smelled like dust and mold. Pool was good, hot tub nice. Under major construction so can’t find anything. No signs outside saying where to go. You wonder around till you find a makeshift reception desk. I get it’s under construction but charge less if you are going to be so messed up. The men at the reception desk were exceptional! Super friendly.

Looking Forward To Next Time

The stay was absolutely incredible! My ONLY concern is there were only two luggage carts; so my workout consisted of quite a few trips back and forth to my car. ☺️

First night of the stay, Heat did not work!!! We asked them to fix the heat or switch our rooms three different times. Which they failed to do until the last moment before bed on our second night of the 2 day stay. It’s in an unsafe location of the city. Very dirty, my family will never stay there again Front desk staff was nice, but not helpful at all.
