The room was very clean, to include the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures had been recently replaced. The bed and the linens were very comfortable. The room had some minor cosmetic issues on the walls that five minutes of touch-up painting would resolve. The parking lot is very well-lit at night. The halls had undamaged walls, well painted, with new carpeting. The negative I have is the check-in, check-out process which is completed via a computer kiosk, versus a 'live' person standing across from me. This creates a sensation that perhaps it is not safe for a live person to perform such functions. The process works, but I would prefer a person standing across from me versus interacting with them via a computer screen. I would stay again, when the room-rate is welcoming.

The hotel was under construction in the front of the Orel. It was very very hot outside about 93 degrees and the hotels ice machine and microwave was not working. I felt due to the inconvenience the hotel had caused they should have provide FREE ice and water for the guest staying in the hotel. It was not our fault that the hotel had construction taking place at the hotel.

construction during visit but stay was acceptable for my needs; easy access to Butler University; felt safe at all times both in hotel and in the neighborhood. Minimal contact with staff. No opportunity to get ice as construction in progress during the visit.

The staff is very friendly! From the guys at the front desk to management, easy to talk with. Might ask them to slow down from time to time. :-) The cleaning staff was always warm and friendly. The job they did was great. I have a gsd that's a service animal. They all.are very nice. And cleaned well! Thank you all! Im staying another week.

You get what you pay for, clean room though and modern interior There is a stadium light outside that shines through the window, even with the curtain down some light enters Door is not sound insulated, so you can hear people walking as if there was no door

They were under construction. But they were the last time we stayed. They originally had a fridge in the room the first time we stayed. Which was important to use. And this time they were all removed. This sucked.... hallway was noisey Just overall not happy this time..

they were doing remodeling, you talk to a person via video, no refrigerator in the room, nor was the one ice machine they had in the facility, working, horrible stay, left after 4 hours.
