Nice hotel needs a working CC/debit card machine

For the most part it was fine but their credit/debit card system didn’t work the entire weekend so we had to charge a bottle water to the room which was a 20% tip added, a coffee was a 20% tip added. When we were walking down to the lobby to get these items and not being served via room service. So pretty annoyed I had a 20% markup on every snack we walked down to the lobby to get

Great location, service.

Good location for a family event. Even though the hotel was clearly booked and busy, service was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. Bar service and late evening smal late options were exceptional.
