We love this hotel for visits to the Keystone area. Our room was like new, great bed, large TV generally well appointed. Nice to walk through to the Fashion Mall and to the parking garage.

The hotel is very centrally located -- connected to a wonderful mall and several excellent restaurants that are within walking distance. Downtown Carmel is also a 10-15 minutes drive away. I stayed in a room with a king size bed and have no complaints. The rooms are very well maintained, with all the necessary amenities and the bathroom is well stocked with toiletries. The only downside is the staff at the hotel. The checkin and checkout experiences rank among the worst I have experienced --- and I travel quite a bit. My booking had been mistakenly cancelled so it took much effort to address this issue. The front desk staff was hostile and unprofessional. I appreciated the location a lot, and the hotel rooms are wonderful. However, perhaps on my next visit, I might stay at different, nearby hotel.
