Decent, good price. Biggest complaint is that the hallways on our floor were 82 degrees, I would’ve preferred cooler for the summer time.

The beds are comfy. The towels are thin and course. They should be replaced. The air-conditioning is a bit noisy all night. The coffee maker isn't on a flat base so it rocked a little, very odd. I think this hotel may need a little tlc. Its clean and tidy though.

The staff were all very pleasant. The property had some issues. The first room they put me in had a terrible smell and there was a HUGE fan drying the carpet. One of my colleagues also has to change rooms because there was such a strong chemical smell he couldn’t sleep and was getting a headache. On top of that the Internet didn’t work the entire time I was there

The room was clean breakfast ok. Not happy with the condition of the mattress on the beds and pull out bed. The mattress on the pull out bed was so thin and springs were coming through the fabric. We where not able sleep on it. I ask for the mattress to be replace, but the night staff could not change out the mattress. The room was a handicap accessible room, but the beds where so low that the person who needed it could not get up and down from the bed. The mattress on the two queen beds where not good, very soft and sank in the middle. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Overall good, but our air conditioner was on but was broken because we were unable to regulate the temperature or shut it off. Area was close to the Fishers Event Center where we were going. Needs updating in the lobby. Torn seats on furniture but everything seemed very clean. Good free breakfast!

NOT GOOD

First let me say that two of the front desk employees were great, I wish I had written down there names. Unfortunately, our stay started off by us not being able to get our rooms until almost 4:30 when check in was at 3:00. We had tickets for a show and because of the delay in getting our rooms, we weren’t able to go to dinner before the show. We had traveled 2 1/2 hours and made sure we were there early to check in. We paid just over $500 for the two rooms and it was NOT worth it. The room was clean but showing a lot of wear. We were given a handicap room with a bed without a box springs, it was horrible!! We are officially done with staying at Marriott’s, nobody cares how much you have paid or if you have received good service. We would not recommend.
