Mostly very nice hotel.
Hotel is very new, clean, and nice. But the SpringHill lobby side of the combined SpringHill/Renaissance hotel is closed, making you go over to the other hotel for anything other than your room. The room is then a pretty long way from the desk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is laid out kind of strangely, with too much space in the huge bathroom, which leaves a weird arrangement for the rest of the room. TV is placed so only one chair can view TV easily, and it's difficult to look sideways enough to watch from the bed. Our biggest complaint, though, is that the hotel seems to have VERY low water pressure, making a shower a somewhat iffy proposition. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of foods and drinks. Several good restaurants just off the parking lot, even though the hotel is in a business park area.

Perfect Family Trip
The staff was so friendly! We were in Indy for 3 nights and every day was so enjoyable. The breakfast was a nice selection. Of course you could always want more, but it was hot and fresh and free..lol. Also, the room was extremely nice. We are a family of 3, with one being a 2yr old, and we had plenty of space in our suite. And we were literally a 5 minute drive from EVERYTHING! Will definitely book this location again the next time we visit!
