Welcome to this spacious, updated home in an extremely safe neighborhood of Westfield, IN. Keep up w/ your work and workouts in the master w/ Peloton and workspace. You will love the fully stocked kitchen and gas grill! Enjoy the quiet, tree-lined streets, and convenience to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and fast food.

This space is perfect for short or long-term stays. It has everything you need to feel at home, from w/d, fully stocked kitchen,2 smart TV's, Peloton, office space, board games, all linens, and a 2 car garage. Simply bring your suitcase!

Please consider the sleeping arrangements in the home before booking your stay. This home sleeps up to 8 guests, assuming 2 guests per queen bed./king bed. There are no sheets/comforters for living room couch, nor do we have any air mattresses.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away (text or Airbnb app preferred). You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.

→ Take a drive to downtown Indy. Quiet, sidewalk-lined streets w/in walking distance to trails, a large playground, and A splash pad at nearby Quaker Park
→ Less than 25 minutes to new IKEA and Topgolf in Fishers
→ 2 minute drive to fast food restaurants, Titus bakery, Bub's burgers, Jimmy John's, gas stations, and much more!

We stayed here while playing at Grand Park and it could not have gone better. The home is perfect, was incredibly clean and was so comfortable to return to after a long day at Grand Park. We will definitely return in the future.

Great house for a tournament stay.

Susie’s house is perfect for families looking for a place to stay near Grand Park. It surely beat staying in a hotel! The house is clean, the kitchen was equipped for your cooking needs, beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Susie was a great host and communicator. Will definitely look to stay here again next time we come to Grand Park.

Weekend at Grand Park for football

Home was very comfortable for our group of 8. We liked the YouTube TV so we could watch NCAA basketball. Used the well supplied kitchen to cook breakfast. The host checked in with me to make sure everything was good. It was close to Grand Park for our sporting events. Also close to many restaurants.

Great little weekend get away

Took a couple of families out for an even at Lucas oil stadium and this was a great place to accommodate 2 family’s with children. House was clean, linens and towels provided. Great communication with the hosts!

Great Place convenient to Grand Park

We had a great stay while in town for a College Showcase. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Very short drive to restaurants and Grand Park. The owner was always responsive to any question or concern we had. Would definitely look to stay there again if we're playing at Grand park again.

Perfect Home!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was perfect! We loved the fact that it was in a quiet neighborhood but also close to everything we needed. The house was very spacious for my large family and very well kept and clean. Susie was an excellent host and made our entire experience seamless. We will definitely be back!

Susie was very nice. We were staying at the property for a job in town so all work, not much play. The Wi-Fi was in and out, which became irritating when we were home at night. The AC did go out but was replaced within a few days. Susie also bought a fan for us while it was broken. Overall, this is a nice property and attentive management.

Soccer weekend perfection

We stayed here for a soccer weekend in Indy. The place was perfect for three moms and daughters. Clean, spacious, and close to the fields! Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Indy!

Westfield House

We were in town for a basketball national championship that was to be played at the Pacer Center. The house did accommodate the 12 of us and location was very close to The Pacer Center. Maybe one negative would be the three adult bedrooms do not have tv's. With 12 people it was difficult to agree on a show we all would like.

Wonderfully maintained and comfortable

We have stayed in many rentals, and this was the cleanest and best maintained. Pantry had many items, and kitchen was stocked for those who cooked. House was very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Susie was a great, attentive manager. Highly recommend this house.

There was trouble with the furnace during our stay but Susie communicated well and worked hard to make things right. The kids loved, loved the bunk bed room and still had a blast.

Would stay again!

We stayed for a weekend for a sporting event with a few moms and our girls. The home had everything we needed. Very clean (and I am picky!). Enough space for a large group. We had friends stay across the street at Susies other rental, so that was nice! The subdivision had side walks. Our kids walked to the park. Great location, especially if you have an event at Grand Park. Should we need to return tot this area, I would never think about staying in a hotel, would stay here again!
