Welcome to this delightful townhome in Indianapolis. Located less than 2 miles from downtown, in the Fountain Square neighborhood of Indianapolis - Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Indiana Convention Center, Monument Circle, Indianapolis Zoo.

Walking distance to all Fountain Square favorites like Upland Brewing, La Margarita, Bovaconti Coffee, Fountain Square Brewery, Black House Cafe, Hi-Fi Indy (concert venue), and much more!

The space:
This stunning 3-bed, 2.5-bath townhome spans three stories of updated living space. The main floor boasts an open-concept design, featuring a sleek kitchen with a central island perfect for entertaining. Ascend to the second floor where you'll find two sizeable bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms offers a king bed and a dedicated workspace and the other bedroom offers a queen bed with the added luxury of a private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, complete with vaulted ceilings and a full bathroom.

We have thought of everything you could need for a great stay in Indianapolis. From beautiful decor to plush mattresses, you will be staying in comfort while visiting our great city. Please note that you will be staying in one-half of the duplex. Although completely private, you are sharing a wall with another unit.

The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials including basic cooking oils and spices. Our bathrooms have towels for each guest and some other essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and make-up remover wipes.

This home also includes a detached one-car garage and there is free street parking available in front of the home.

We have a no smoking or vaping policy — we charge a $200 fee if this policy is disregarded.

You are renting the left unit of a duplex. It's completely private and only accessible to your party. Upon booking, we'll provide you with a unique access code that works on the front and back doors.

Other things to note:
We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all bathrooms—as well as an emergency kit for other personal essentials.

We provide both coffee and k-cups with creamer & sugar. You can find kitchen utensils and well as some basic oils, seasonings, and paper plates in the kitchen.

There is an air mattress available with extra sheets & pillows in the King bedroom closet.

Great wedding weekend

The property was exactly what we needed for our weekend wedding getaway. It was great having a garage spot so our car didn’t have to sit on the street overnight. Perfect location to get to fountain square and surrounding areas.

There was excellent communication. The property was clean and accommodating. The only negative was noise from the street and some footsteps from the neighbors because it is a duplex. We enjoyed our time there and our group of 7 women were able to get ready and to our conference at the convention center 7 minutes away easily.

Lovely Home

Our stay was fantastic! Abby was very responsive and answered any question we had before arriving- The house was spotless, and equipped with anything we may have needed. Location is convenient, we ate down the street at Loco Mexican restaurant and uber'd to the stadium for the Bills/ Colts game! Thank you Abby! We'd stay at your place again in the future

Worked great for our needs

We stayed here in April for a business trip. The home was comfortable for 3 adults. The individual who stayed in the primary bedroom w ensuite noted that there are no curtains over the small windows in the bedroom, and when you shower, the water pools on the bathroom floor. These are pretty minor issues, and wouldn't deter us from staying there again. There are a variety of bars and restaurants that are close. Between the garage and street, we never had any issue with parking. Nice place, would return.
